Ono Island...and while there are certainly many houses at that price and well above there are still plenty in the 500 range too.

yeah, i was just going by what the guide said. never heard of the island before then.
looking at the satellite view compared to the pic i took, there was at one time a piece of land sticking out from where that house is. it's under water now.
unless i'm just looking at it wrong.
