Connecting Mobile Air Card to Wireless Router

I currently have a Netgear Mobile Aircard 815S through ATT for internet service. My issue is I can only connect 15 devices wirelessly. Is is possible to connect a wirelss router such as TP Link A7 to the mobile air card to allow for more wirless connections? The air card has no Ethernet ports
