That's exactly right. It's all how you carry yourself. I used to spend a goodly amount of time in New Orleans. There is a lot of pick pocking and other petty theft going on there because there are a lot of drunk tourists on the streets. I learned to walk down the street with an air of confidence that would give off the idea to street punks that I just might be crazy enough to resist if they tried to stick me up. I had no trouble at all.
