100% the cyclist fault for not using better judgement. Just because you can ride a 15lb bicycle along the roadways with 18 wheelers and cars doesnt mean its a smart thing to do.

Its my right to walk down the street in a at midnight in a highly publicized dangerous neighborhood. BUT DAMN IT, ITS MY RIGHT TO WALK ON PUBLIC STREETS....Let us know how it turns out for ya.

A good analogy:
Go get a mortgage for a house. Its very likely that they are willing to loan you more than what you need....doesnt mean that you should leverage yourself to the max - does it???
