She definitely got her money's worth, that's for sure. That said, last night's outfit for the recoupling ceremony was probably the worst thing that she's worn the entire time. Her wardrobe has been on point, and I'm a straight dude.

The scene with the families was cool.
Loved the part with Justine and Caleb’s families.

Justine and Caleb will most likely win the 100,000. They seem like they’ve been dating for years. I hope they workout.
Johnny and Cely are still my favorite couple. Mercedes put some serious temptation on Johnny but he eventually realized he didn’t want that. A lot of people (especially women) hate his guts. I don’t see what the big deal is. It’s called Love Island.

Speaking of which - her theory is that Johnny and Mercades actually had sex at Casa Amor. Dude is waaaaaay too remorseful and guilty for someone who just "cuddled" in bed. If all you did was kiss a girl and make out under the covers, would you be losing your mind over how relatively quickly Cely forgave you like this asshat is?
Apparently there's a YT show called After the Island where these two girls interview all of the Islanders after they're booted from the show. Here's the one where they interview Faith (the Casa Amor girl who Calvin wasn't feeling. The pageant consultant with the huge eyes).
I haven't listened yet, but Reddit discussion about this one is that the CA footage was HEAVILY edited, and that the producers were encouraging the girls to put on the full court press, because the guys weren't really interested to get to know them at first. That's why Mercades came in hot like she did.
Also, Mercades hasn't been made available for her After the Island interview yet, which is odd.
Additionally, the Entertainment Tonight interview with Mercades is supposed to show that she's a fairly normal girl and not the trashtastic man trap her edit shows.
Reddit speculation was that they wanted to push Johnny's redemption arc at the cost of being transparent about what went on at Casa Amor.

I saw the ET interview. All three girls who didn't make it stated that Johnny was pursuing Mercedes. But IMO when you tell a guy that you can explore all of me, you are straight up talking about sex.

I watched your video. Faith said exactly what the other girls said about Johnny. She said if she was Cely, that she would throw Johnny off the building. Also, that Johnny was all about have sex. Poor Cely.

Finally got to watch the interview. Didn't realize until 75% of the way through that the interviewers are Alex and Elizabeth from S1. Duh.

All of the dates seemed pretty cool. Honestly, this has been a very good season. I hate to see it end tomorrow.
