I don't recall these places. Can we count State Palace from 1998-2003?

I would also add Lafitte's and F&Ms. And I'll probably get picked on for this but OZ kinda needs to be on the list. Lots of shitshow nights have had OZ involved.

Also whatever that club is that's in the Fountainbleau in Miami -awesome if you got money to throw around and like EDM.
