Simple answer is, it depends. In the past the riots have either burned out, been put down, or effected change. The illness stuff generally burns itself out in under 3 years. If the riots burn themselves out before the spring the 1-2 years before the return to a close norm. If they are put down half assed then they will return and be the norm. If they are properly put down then the norm comes back quickly. If they effect change then the norm is gone and we will either be much better or much worse after a decade of transition.

Ideally both will just burn out before Christmas and spring would begin to transition to the norm. Unfortunately that’s the least likely outcome
