Good advice in here, especially mikelbr. It sucks, no guilt have to go through grieving process.
Strongly recommend a counselor. The best gift you can give those 3 kids and yourself is a healthy you.
Focus on kids, they didn’t sign up for this, HARD to take high road with ex’s words/action towards you but eat them for them. If anything has to be addressed, confront ex’s unacceptable behavior not the person.
Forgive, which is a process. It frees your heart and mind and your kids will reap the fruits of this. Otherwise it’s- “Unforgiveness is the poison that I drink hoping you will die.”
