I was basically saying that while that may have been the case at the time, today most people in east Tennessee, if asked, would be on the pro confederate flag and not tearing down statues side of the aisle, but I think you knew that already.

Fun fact: the university greys which were composed of the male students at ole miss, and I believe all the Greek population which was sigma chi, phi psi and maybe delta psi where in vanguard of Pickett’s charge and suffered an almost 100% casualty rate, killed or wounded. There used to be a monument to this behind the basketball stadium
