re: Did you grow up w anyone who went by their middle name but now goes by their first name?

I actually know a couple of people like that. One of them tried to go with the first name after he became an attorney. I didn't "take" and he goes by his middle name now, for most purposes at least. Could be he still uses the first name in court, IDK.
