Common after having a kid. Not just because of hormonal changes but because of life in general. If you are unable to communicate your feelings (she may not be able to either) in a way that produces change then it may be time to see a therapist. Couples therapy can be very helpful when trying to get down to the nitty gritty of an issue. Could be something as simple as needing some sort of a hormone replacement or there could be more to the issue.

Also, these issues don’t go away with time. Figuring out how to handle them now it’s your best option.

Good luck!

Thank you I’ll look into the hormone thing as I think that def plays a part. When I try to bring it up, she gets uncomfortable. And I believe communication is key
