The two most corrupt places I’ve ever been in this state were Marksville and Monroe.

It means you get what you realistically need in relation to what your community brings to the table. It means don’t come raid my interstate development money because you continue to invest in that toilet bowl we call New Orleans. It means divide federal aid in a way that encourages growth not corruption.
