[quote]Literally NOTHING in that link said anything about LSU supporting the Black Lives Matter organization. The words were at the top of the page and in another portion said in response to the Black Lives Matter protests.

Yall talk about the sheep but yall are the sheep!

While Im black and know this is a ploy to be an attractive seemingly more progressive minded university, for most blacks, LSU will never be that, even those who attend.

But hey, yall dont want us to be welcomed, they make it all white and see how you football team does then. Cause supporting the idea of Bkack Lives Matter, is not wrong of the university and thats all that page said. It did not adopt the ideals of any platform ir organization.[quote]

So much to learn. Can't see the forest for the trees.

Where was this said?

What we don't want is a Marxist anti family organization being promoted by a flagship university.

Do not want them picking sides and given preferential treatment. That means someone has to be put down to elevate someone else. That also tends to water down academics.

You mentioned football.. so you would be ok if they said there were too many minority DBs on the football team. Since the population of whites are 75% we need 3/4 of them to be white. Nothing to do with being the best at their position...a pretty obvious position where black players have on "lockdown"...pun intended.

How would that work out? Does LSU win the national championship? Just sticking people out there based on numbers in hopes they work out?

I'm am for the best. If the best person to teach, etc is a minority then great! My education is better.

Iron sharpens iron.
