Systemic Racism. Definition?

Ok, I never understood what they mean by this until yesterday.
America was formed for White people, slavery and few other things I cant remember.
Because I am white I have Benefield from this throughout my life.
So based off that definition. The people that believe this BS. America has to be rebuilt. To do this you have to destroy America first with Anarchy.
This is what is happening from the left.
