Reccomendations for a good high temp thermometer to put on firebox/grill side of smoker.

TIA. I have a very heavy duty all seasons feeder offset smoker. I use the firebox side to grill sometimes and would like to mount a thermometer in the lid that preferably goes all the way up to 800 degrees or so. This is the style smoker. LINK

Would like recommendations on a thermometer for grill side, and also location that would be best to mount it.
