So I’ve been using Vanguard. Recently I just opened up a Webull account.
If I have $$ in my settlement fund from stocks I’ve already sold, are there any further tax implications than the existing capital gains logged if I withdraw those $$s from the settlement fund to my bank, and then deposit over to Webull?
I feel like there shouldn’t be...but rather ask a dumb question than not and pay for it later.

No. Moving cash is not a taxable transaction.
