Take your Vitamin D supplements folks
And your magnesium and zinc.
I take a great multi (Alive for Men) that is mostly made from dehydrated fruits and veggies. I also supplement Vitamin D, Magnesium, Fish Oil, and Zinc on top of it.
And I briskly walk outside at least 30 minutes a day with my dog. Rain or shine.

I'm taking D (just bought up the last three bottles of 5,000iu D at Target a couple of days ago), but how much zinc are you supplementing? My understanding is you can overdo zinc pretty easily. I have a brand new bottle of 50mg zinc, but I generally only start taking that once I feel a sore throat coming on (usually my first sign that I'm getting sick). I also take Vascepa, which is esseentially a highly purified EPA supplement.
