Because corporations employ thousands of people and don’t pay them using tax payer money. Yes, tax payers may bail them out once in a blue moon, but it’s not like taxes will be continually funneled to these corporations. They can also do corporate bailouts in the form of loans where that will never happen if we bailout local, state, and federal governments.
