Why do you feel it is up to others to supplement your kids college.....
“ Since I have been paying my taxes for years and I now have a child set to enroll in college, in August, and set to receive full TOPS money . . . it is almost a guarantee that it will be gone. That’s the way my luck rolls ”
Welcome to how many others feel with no kids.
I know lots of people that have no children and will not any but have paid into the program
Never understand how all the people on this board gripe about other programs but sure put their hand out for this....

The problem with tops is it never helped those that really needed it
It won’t go away with Edwards but it will likely get reduced or cut in some capacity
