This is so dumb.

The legislature can cut DEQ if they want to. There's nothing in the constitution from preventing that.

It's ironic that this board believes the constitution is set up this way to make the governor powerful when in reality it was set up to weaken the governor and to prevent a tyrant from usurping the legislature.
