As always, Trump's claim about the travel ban was ridiculously overstated. The travel ban had limited effect since all major airlines cancelled their China flights about the same time.

How ignorant are you? In defiance of Trump? Trump held a campaign rally in South Carolina on February 26, 2020.

Also, on February 26, Trump said "We’re going very substantially down, not up. And again, when you have 15 people, and the 15 within a couple of days is going to be down to close to zero, that’s a pretty good job we’ve done.”
