Not surrpised by the Milwaukee data at all. Majority of the blue are poor areas with a lot of unhealthy residents. A lot of smoking and beer drinking and factory type of workers living there.
When you get to West Allis and west the cases drop off. Why? More money, higher income. Better health.
When you go north at the Whitefish Bay are and even further north you get to the higher income towns. Few cases for a reason.
Same thing as you go south towards Cudahy.
