Most under-appreciated members of 2006 & 2007

2006 - Daniel Francis, I only realized it in 2007 when slot receivers raped us all year long. The guy was solid in both coverage and playing the run.
2007 - Kirston Pittman. Its just this simple, when a guy playing next to 2 future top 10 NFL picks on the defensive line, and manages to lead the team in sacks speaks for itself. I dont think any LT we played this year was able to neutralize him. He came free so many times and always kept pressure on the QB.

Byrd isn't really under appreciated. Both fans and media acknowledge he's one of the best receivers for this coming season. That's why Steltz isn't really an under appreciated member, he made first team all American despite being good but not great in coverage.

steltz was in 06. laron and jessie daniels were t he starters. craig stepped up whenever his time came. perfect example was the sugar bowl
