Talked to old high school classmate that became a physician.He’s taking CBD oil for back and neck pain.He said he “thinks” it helps.Could be placebo effect which is pretty powerful .
Scientific studies show there is no benefit to glucosamine/chondroitin for knee pain but I know people that swear it helped them.
All I can say is try it.
