Carson Palmer was 32 when he became the starting QB at the Raiders. 34 at the Cards.

And if Burrow put $30 million (of the 100 million) into T-Bills at 2.7%, he would generate a ultra-low-risk yearly income of about $800,000... pretty much for as long as he lives.

The Concern Trolls can relax. Joe will be just fine.
