Had one cut off me last year. As long as the lab says the margins are good, then you shouldn't have any need for other treatment than the procedure to cut the squamous cell carcinoma out. (Mohs procedure, I think it's called).
As long as you go to your doctor and have your skin checked regularly, it's not that big of a deal. Please do not do as my mother did and ignore what seems like a small thing. She let a spot go for a couple of years and it cost her her life.
