quote:yeah I don't believe this bullshite one bit.
He's a significantly more accurate passer than Williams.
quote:as it is for most and Brennan was said to have great accuracy in high school. With all that supposedly great accuracy, he didn't start his first 3 years, and his accuracy has never looked great in any time we've seen of him (it looks okay though).
For me, accuracy would have to be a prerequisite to even think of recruiting a particular QB.
Three guys I thought were deadly accurate in high school by watching their tape and skill competitions were Haskins, Tua, and Fromm. I haven't watched Nuss yet, but I'm betting you are vastly overrating his accuracy.
Every year y'all have this QB that y'all overrate and overhype (Patterson was one year, Kiel was one another year, this past year was the guy who went to TAMU). Like I said I have yet to see Nuss so I won't say if he's great or not, but the way you said it makes me believe he's the next overrated QB for this board to fall over. I have seen Williams though and I can tell you without a second thought, that this guy is going to be amazing. He's not a polished product, but who is coming out of high school? This is a guy that I believe will start as soon as Brennan leaves, if he comes here.
