It all depends on the land around you. That area has some good deer in places. I hunt a little West of there between Brantley and Georgiana and we are loaded with deer but we are surrounded by some really good land that are on a similar management plan as we are.

If I never kill a deer here I still would have underpaid. It’s an unreal property with other amenities that I have unlimited access to year round, at a very low cost.
