Or- he fired her because he was told by Zelensky & the SP that she was refusing to provide visas to Ukrainian officials who were trying to get investigational evidence to US law enforcement agencies. Not to mention, she was bad mouthing Trump to Ukrainian embassy officials, she’d been requesting that State Dept officials “monitor” Trump associates, etc.

Trump could’ve fired her on the word of Lev Parnas or just for being ugly af if he so wanted to. She works at the behest of the President. Not the other way around, as Democrats seem to think. As it turned out though, he had PLENTY of reasons to fully terminate her. And he didn’t- she was reassigned elsewhere for the time being. She should consider herself lucky.
