Is Schiff protected from arrest on the Senate floor?
That's a good question. What I've seen is that they're protected from arrest at any time when they're either en route to the Capitol or while they're on the job.
This is to protect our country from subversive elements who may try and impede a Congressman from doing their job.
Now, they're not immune from prosecution once they've left the Capitol. So it likely won't happen while he's actually in the Senate Chambers. But once the case is dismissed? I'd say he's fair game as soon as he walks out the door.
Watch the slimy fricker make it publicly known he intends to leave the Senate Chambers and go straight back to his office to "get back to work."
