Recently took a 3 year old and they seemed to enjoy
The Island in the Pigeon Forge area (I enjoyed Paula Deen's restaurant there)

Dollywood in Pigeon Forge
The Aquarium in Gatlinburg
Breakfast at Pancake pantry in Gatlinburg
Watching taffy being made at Ole Smoky Candy Kitchen in Gatlinburg
Ober Gatlinburg

Picnic at The Chimneys in the National park (just past Gatlinburg)

And I really enjoyed Holston's Kitchen in Sevierville
