Recently took a 3 year old and they seemed to enjoy
The Island in the Pigeon Forge area (I enjoyed Paula Deen's restaurant there)

Watching taffy being made at Ole Smoky Candy Kitchen in Gatlinburg

And I really enjoyed Holston's Kitchen in Sevierville
