...I think the idea of bringing in a Transfer QB would mean that he would expect to start, e.g., Joe Burrow. And, since we already have an expected starter who has definitely earned the opportunity, it makes things weird to bring in a top Transfer. I imagine the coaches see Parrish as the first backup and having two freshmen coming in, one who has a ton of upside (M Johnson), there just isn’t a need for a Transfer. If we bring in a Transfer, I think it would indicate that the staff does not believe that Miles is the guy.
