I was wearing this 16800 at work and was knocking out a bearing race with a hammer and the tritium flaked out of the second hand. Was lucky enough to source a new old stock hand that had aged to about the same color as the other hands. Tritium gets pretty fragile with age. Probably a good idea to have them stabilized. Also a good idea to take them off when using sledgehammers, impact wrenches or jack hammers.
