How many do we take on ESD?

We have 23 verbals, but we're still looking at
Evans, Crawford, Dummerville, Webb, Burch and 1 more.
Does Coach O only take 19 of our current verbals on ESD?
Do we risk not signing 4-5 guys and wait for higher rated players?

Dumervil, Webb, and Burch will announce prior and sign with whoever. Hopefully us. Evans is supposed to sign the18th and announce later. Rakim is the only one supposedly not signing and if there is a spot for Jackson or someone else they would be the only spots left unsigned to my knowledge.

Doubtful they don't take all that are committed. Only time I can remember that we didn't sign a committed player was Parker last year. I just think the staff has clearly shown a willingness to cut ties with players to make room for ESD.
