I took your comment to claim that this miraculous quantum leap in applicable technology would somehow *poof* into reality simply because of Yang and his vision, resulting in online workable Thorium reactor technology and helping "save the planet" by 2027.
If I'm wrong about that, can you clarify your position?

I was talking to the poster about the freedom dividend policy (I quoted somone mentioning it in my first post).
Dont know much about thorium, but am a fan of nuclear and think investment in new and clean technology will be beneficial. Definitely understand it is an aggressive forecast for implementation.
