Thermostat completes circuit between W and R>induced draft motor runs > satisfies vacuum switch > board powers igniter > igniter glows, millivolts sent back to board> board powers gas valve open > furnace lights up > fan delay kicks on the blower once the heat exchanger temps > sweet heat
Sounds like a couple of things potentially, a shite ceramic igniter (DON’T TOUCH IT: the oil from your hands WILL CRACK IT when it tries to ignite again) or a control board issue, but I’m thinking the vacuum switch. pull the vacuum line (purple or orange rubber tube) off the outlet of the draft motor and alternate blowing and sucking into it, could be a vacuum switch not making properly or condensation buildup in the vacuum line too.
