I drove down bluebonnet on Tuesday after work. I get to the interstate and there was a 3-4 car wreck right where you would get on the service road that takes you to interstate\mall\etc with one cop car just arriving.

As I drive under the interstate (20 yards away), there is bum intertwined with his bike laying there looking weird (high). As I drive past the exit for those just getting off the interstate, there is another bum leaned over and totally out of it, high as a kite, resting his but on the telephone light hunched over trying to hold himself up.

Im guessing the new batch of heroin has a high dose of fentanyl in it
