What an idiot.
New Orleans has the largest coffee roaster in the country that makes everything from small batch roasts to Starbucks to Folgers crap.
Ain't about the plant, but about the spec they have to be held to.
From a former Folgers worker...We loved running the hotel coffee. Didn't have to check for weight of grind. They don't care what it comes out like because they aren't trying to earn repeat customers over the coffee.
