No. I know that years were spending studying and yadda yadda.

But do I think the governor went out of his way to deal with the project? No.

Also, do I think those who were in charge of the project were competent (knowing what we know about the Landrieu administration)? Absolutely not.

So, like I said, I don't think Jindal deserves all the blame. Could he have done more? Obviously, but I know that others deserve large portions of the blame as well.
