When I was 5 or 6 years old me and my brother,who is 2 years older, got BB guns.We got caught shooting Dixie cups off each others heads.We were fairly close and didn't shoot our eyes out ( see A Christmas Story ) 
We had those guns taken away but don't remember for how long.A few years later I got a Benjamin pump 77 cal. that was deadly on Robins (which we ate)squirrels and one rabbit.
