then your own statement SHOULD make you sick. They're not just incompetent, they're negligent, and I dont understand why your neighborhoods havent assembled the masses and made too much noise for them to keep blaming this on isolated incidents. If you love the city so much then make yourself heard! The Northshore would really appreciate it, yall keep coming up here and fricking up the vibe AND the traffic patterns.
