An 18 year old girl shouldn’t need to fix “issues.” Someone will rightfully find her beautiful as is. Moreover, all humans should regularly exercise. Marriage is for the long run. A higher earning husband today can be a disabled or lower earning husband tomorrow. All people can use an option for self-sufficiency. As much as many like to poo poo undergrad degrees, there’s still a lot of opportunity in the right fields (nursing, engineering, teaching, etc.).
