do not know about the LSU tickets, but there is a company in Ark that somehow WRITES the specs for the bids (pretending to be helpful) and they do it w specifications to THEIR machines so it makes it very hard for others to bid.
I experienced this when trying to bid for TX Automobile inspection stickers years back.
