Never owned one of those in my life. Honda mower, tiller, outboard. First crank.
But gas trimmer is too effing heavy, awkwardly balanced, and high vibration for my hands/arms. My 85 y o mother does her own edging w a cordless electric trimmer, so I figure I can handle that. Quiet, doesn’t stink, no bothering w gas.

Thanks to all who provided recs, I’m off to the big boxes to make a purchase.
