My stepson went there about a month ago. Got a Big Mac combo. Got home, took a bite and there was literally NO MEAT on the Big Mac. The lettuce looked fresh though
There has been a demographic change there recently

The Bayou McDonald's Has no competition in town. They could put a dog terd between the buns and people would still go there
