because when you fire a coach, unless it's for off the field things, the administration is saying," what you're producing isnt good enough".
therefore the next coach is hired with the hopes of doing better than what got the last coach fired.

in our situation, it seems like the same results that ,validly got miles fired, is being labeled a success under O.
