The slippery slope is real. Decades ago it was a tiny yet highly vocal minority pushing to normalize homosexuality as socially acceptable. A few decades later a tiny yet highly vocal minority were pushing for gays in the military. Next came a tiny but highly vocal minority pushing for gay marriage. Next came the tiny and vocal minority pushing for transgenders to be socially acceptable. Now we have have adults dressing little boys up as grown women. We’ve got story time with grown men dressing as women and having young children lay on top of them in the floors of our libraries.

You’re right. The only way for this to stop is for society to stand up and demand it stop. But that will require a complete reversal of the direction our society as been going for the past several decades. We now have at least two generations who grew up being taught that it’s wrong to judge or hold anyone to any sort of social standard of decency. They’re taught only to be inclusive and accepting. There is no bedrock foundation of right and wrong now. What had been the bedrock foundation of our morals as a society has been swept aside and dismissed. We turned our back on our moral foundation and now we have nothing to anchor us as a society. That’s why society accepts this sort of thing now. There is no standard. There is no right or wrong other than you have to accept every perversion that comes along.

I know you dismissed the Clio from Romans that I posted as “lame”. But read it again. This time with an open mind and you’ll see it’s quite true.
