Publix would not have kicked her to the other line, and certainly not in that manner.

Exactly. I have never had a problem with have a few more items than requested at an express checkout lane.

Yep. Takes longer to deal with moving her than it does to scan 5 extra items.
I'd be more inclined to believe the story if Talcum X weren't involved. He has a long track record of hoaxes.
