I have a friend with an Italian Mastiff and if he goes a couple days without picking up the poop in his back yard he has to use a wheel barrow to get it all.

Its poops look like pasture ant hills.

Great dog, very loyal and would completely eat (like nothing left) anyone who tried to hurt his kids.
