Legislation passed in support of Veteran Owned Businesses

I didn't see this during the session so I figured I would post it. Veterans are a community that are often invoked for political reasons but rarely actually supported. I appreciate seeing a legitimate effort from John Bel to assist those who have done so much for our country.
